The Emotional Registry: A Virtual Moms' Group
What’s on your emotional registry?
New mothers are inundated with information on the latest and greatest diaper bags + swaddles but severely lack resources for foundational knowledge on their emotional health during this monumental identity shift. Read more about this identity shift here and here.
In this 8-week virtual coaching group co-led by 2 Therapists and fellow mamas — Laura Sharp and Rachel Rowland — we'll provide you with the education and tools to help you walk into your new role confidently and courageously.
This group is for you if you are looking to learn more about the emotional load of motherhood in a group coaching environment. Mamas at any stage are welcome. This is not the space for you if you are seeking individual or group therapy— though we have recommendations for that!
The group will meet virtually every week for 8 weeks starting on March 3rd (for Mondays) or March 5th (for Wednesdays). You don’t have to live in Colorado to join— just make sure the timing still works for you.
Mondays will be from 1-2pm MST
Wednesdays will be from 12-1pm MST
This will be an intimate and closely monitored group of people, and you will hear some of Laura’s and Rachel’s experience with motherhood as well.
The cost is $75 per group coaching session for 8 sessions total.
When you sign up for the group you are signing up and responsible for paying for all 8 sessions. All sales are final.
And yes, current clients of Laura’s and Rachel’s are welcome too— let’s just chat about it first!

Frequently Asked Questions

Any! This group is focused on the perinatal period in general, meaning anytime around the birthing period. But honestly, there’s no “wrong” time to join. The only requirement is curiosity in learning more about motherhood, whether you’re just starting to think about pregnancy or if you have multiple kiddos.
-
When you sign up, you are signing up for all 8 sessions. This is a closed group, meaning you will be with the same closely monitored group of women for all 8 sessions. We do this to promote trust, connection, and safety in vulnerability. Additionally, we are wanting to help you build relationships that can flourish throughout your motherhood experience— long after the group ends.

No, it is group coaching in a psychoeducational format. Psychoeducation is a fancy word for education on mental health and wellbeing. Laura and Rachel have created 8 different classes specifically focused on different elements of motherhood that will translate to a healthier mental state and a deeper connection to yourself— and in turn, your children.
